1. Is the membership month-to-month or do I have to commit to a certain period of time (e.g.,

   12 months) to qualify for the promotional rate?

   Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum time commitment, except for our $149 - no enrollment fee deal.

2. Are members billed monthly immediately upon enrollment?

   Members will not get billed until one month after the club opens as they have already paid for

   their first month with enrollment.

3. Can members delay their membership start date after opening date for medical purposes?

   Yes, members can pre-register to lock in pre-sale sales and notify us when they can start after

   they receive medical clearance.

4. Is the club offering special pricing for family members?

   York Club is currently already offering 25-40% off during its initial pre-sales period for each

   member.

5. Is there an annual maintenance fee? If so, how much?

   There is a $120 annual maintenance fee that is billed semiannually starting from member’s

   one-year anniversary (i.e., $60 twice a year).

6. What is your freezing policy?

   Members can freeze their membership at any time for $20/month.

   Members who need to freeze their membership for medical purposes can bring a medical

   report/letter and will not incur a monthly charge.

   Note: membership freezes must be requested in one-month time blocks.

7. What are the club’s hours?

   York Club will be open 24 hours a day Mon-Fri, and will close at 11pm on Fri night. On Sat and

   Sun, the club will be open 7am – 9pm.

8. What are the club’s amenities?

   York Club will feature a wi-fi lounge and provide towel service, as well as offer personal

   training, group fitness, long-term locker rentals and spa services including cold plunge,

   infrared saunas, and physical therapy.

​

9. What types of group fitness classes will be offered?

   York Club is still developing its group fitness programming but will include yoga, pilates mat,

   full-body strength, and spin classes into its schedule.

10. Is the club offering tours?

   York Club is currently undergoing full renovation and therefore, tours are not available.
